Observation

2 exitdoor door knobs, do not automatically unlock when the knob or handle is turned. Lower level room, only has one exit to the upper floor with a doorway. The 2nd exit is a large sliding window that no longer opens as a large piece of plywood, impeds the window from opening. Lower level room, only has one exit. Measurement of the exit window sill to the sidewalk below the window is 48 inches tall. Lower level room window, is blocked and not able to open.
